Public facade over the active ISecureStringEncryptor: encrypts and decrypts SecureString payloads using the same encryptor the JSON / SettingsStorage primitive path applies. Assign Encryptor to replace the secret or algorithm process-wide, or use Scope for a local ISecureStringEncryptor override.
