OrderedMarkerListItemParser

Ordered lists with alphabetic ("a. b. c.") and roman-numeral ("i. ii. iii.") markers, rendered as <ol type="a"> / <ol type="i"> (upper-case markers give type="A"/"I"). Standard markdown only knows "-" and "1.", so these markers would otherwise render as plain paragraphs. Parsed at the AST level (not raw HTML), so it works for regular authors whose HTML is stripped by the safe pipeline.
