algorithm

A fully qualifed type name derived from HashAlgorithm.

key

The key for a KeyedHashAlgorithm.

ComputeHash

result = hashCryptographer.ComputeHash(plaintext)

Computes the hash value of the plaintext.

plaintext

The plaintext in which you wish to hash.
