Adapter initialization: Marketaux

The following code initializes MarketauxMessageAdapter and adds it to Connector.

var messageAdapter = new MarketauxMessageAdapter(Connector.TransactionIdGenerator)
{
	Token = "<token>".ToSecureString(),
};

Connector.Adapter.InnerAdapters.Add(messageAdapter);

Set the credentials and any other required properties described on the Connector configuration page.
