Prepare the provider's local gateway or client and specify the connection parameters.

• ApiPassword - authentication credential.
• IsDemo - switch controlling connector behavior. Default value: true.
• DefaultAccountType - connector mode or option. Default value: KabuStationAccountTypes.Specified.
• DefaultStockOrderExchange - connection parameter. Default value: KabuStationExchanges.Sor.
