Graphical configuration edgeX

For all S# products, graphical configuration is performed in the Connection settings window.

Main fields:

Key - API key.
Secret - API secret.
Clearing account - clearing account value.
Passphrase - passphrase value.
Section - trading section (Spot or Derivatives).
Enable spot - enables spot section.
Demo - demo environment mode.
Spot REST / Derivatives REST - REST endpoints.
Spot WS / Derivatives public WS / Derivatives private WS - websocket endpoints.
