Graphical configuration Bitbank

For all S# products, graphical configuration of the connection is performed on the Connection settings window:

Key - Key.
Secret - Secret.
Balance - Balance check interval. Required in case of deposit and withdrawal actions.
Heart beat - Server check interval to track that the connection is alive. By default it is 1 minute.
Reconnection settings - Mechanism for tracking connections with the trading system settings. (Reconnection settings)
RequestWithdrawAccounts - RequestWithdrawAccounts
