result = iFileService.GetQrAsync(text, scale, cancellationToken)

Draws text as a QR code and returns it as a PNG. Here rather than in whatever page happens to need it first: a payment address, a login link and a bot invitation are all the same picture, and the site is not the only thing that shows them.
