Maps an exception thrown by a service to the HTTP status code the API host returns for it. A missing entity of any type surfaces as a KeyNotFoundException (Object), thrown by ReadByIdWithCheck for every entity), so not-found maps to 404 uniformly. The host applies this in UseExceptionLogging.
