Автоматические уровни Fibonacci и веер Gann

Стратегия автоматически определяет новые экстремумы. При появлении нового максимума или минимума вычисляются уровни Фибоначчи и Ганна между последними экстремумами. Все уровни выводятся в лог, торговая логика отсутствует.
