Strategie: Gewichteter Harrell-Davis-Quantilschätzer mit AbsoluterAbweichung

Die Strategie verwendet einen medianbasierten Quantilschätzer mit Bändern der absoluten Abweichung, um Preisausreißer zu erkennen. Kauft, wenn der Schlusskurs unter das untere Band fällt, und verkauft, wenn er über das obere Band steigt.
