UpdateNameAndTagsAsync
public Task<Topic> UpdateNameAndTagsAsync(long topicId, string name, string[] tags, CancellationToken cancellationToken)result = iTopicService.UpdateNameAndTagsAsync(topicId, name, tags, cancellationToken)Renames a topic and makes its tags exactly the given ones; every other setting of the topic keeps its value. The one who may save the first message of the topic may do it: its author within the edit window while the topic is not locked, and a content manager.

- The id of the topic.
- name
- The new name of the topic.
- tags
- The names of the tags of the topic; an empty array takes every tag off.
- cancellationToken
- The cancellation token.
返回值: The topic as saved.
