ネストされたフォーム({"code": "AAPL", "board": "NASDAQ"})とワイヤの「CODE@BOARD」の両端を1つに分けて共有する。出力は、ネストされたフォーム({"code": "AAPL", "board": "NASDAQ"})と、ワイヤの「CODE@BOARD」の両端を同時に使用できるようにする。
