StockSharp.Broker.Maui.Designer.ViewModels

Designer-specific login VM — same auth flow as Broker.Maui.Terminal but this lives inside the Designer assembly so we don't pull the Terminal's VM project into Designer (Terminal has trading state, Designer doesn't need it).
