Record a broker's enquiry: the admin account, the plan order and the tenant. The tenant has no domain yet; staff give it one on the tenant card once its hosting is set up.

companyName

Legal name of the company; the admin account is named after it.

adminEmail

Address of the person to answer.

adminPassword

Password of the admin account being created.

planId

Plan the enquiry is about; must be in the tenant-plans group.

languageDomainId

Site language the enquiry was made in (a Domain id, e.g. Ru). The admin account is created on it, so the acknowledgement email and the portal both speak the language the broker used rather than defaulting to English.

ownerClientId

The signed-in visitor filing the enquiry, or null when it comes from an anonymous one. When they name their own address as the admin, the enquiry hangs off that account instead of creating one: the mailbox was proven when they registered, so there is nothing to confirm and the enquiry is announced at once.

cancellationToken

Cancellation token.
