Parameters

board
Type: StockSharp.MessagesBoardMessage
Board info.
date
Type: SystemDateTimeOffset
The passed date to be checked.
checkHolidays (Optional)
Type: SystemBoolean
Whether to check the passed date for a weekday (Saturday and Sunday are days off, returned value for them is ).

Return Value

Type: Boolean
, if the date is traded, otherwise, is not traded.

Usage Note
